Tammy is an executive coach, facilitator and senior human resource professional working with people and organizations to think differently. For over 15 years she has helped organizations in the private and public sector of all sizes to look at how they do things, how they communicate with one another and how they can improve leader's performance while building extraordinary teams with extraordinary results.
From creating organizations from an idea on a napkin, to delivering front line service to sitting at the executive table – Tammy combines this experience and qualifications in coaching and human resources, to build leadership capacity in every leader to transform organizations.
Tammy holds a masters certificate in Human Resource Management at University of Toronto Rotman School of Management. She is a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University and a certified facilitator through the International Association for Public Participation. Tammy is also a certified Kolbe WisdomTM coach and facilitator. Tammy is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association and the International Coaching Federation.
